Aqeeqah is a beloved practice in Islam, where parents express gratitude to Allah (SWT) for the blessing of a newborn by offering a sacrifice and sharing the joy with family, friends, and the wider community. Our Masjid provides a welcoming space to host Aqeeqah events, allowing families to come together in gratitude, prayer, and celebration. These gatherings not only mark the special occasion but also strengthen community bonds and encourage acts of charity and generosity. We assist in planning and arranging the event, ensuring a warm and spiritually uplifting atmosphere where guests can enjoy a shared meal in the spirit of togetherness. Hosting an Aqeeqah at the Masjid also provides an opportunity to remind ourselves of the importance of family, faith, and giving back.
